A Full service investing and wealth management firm located in the Financial District of Boston. The confidential tenant provides investment guidance to a wide range of clients including individuals, families, endowments, foundations, retirement plans, and trust departments.
Scope of work:
The tenant occupied the entire 5th floor of the building and we were brought in to renovate the existing space and expand them into the 4th floor of the building. The two levels are joined by a large communicating stair carved into the post and beam structure with perforated risers, cork treads, and stainless cable rails. The new space features private offices around the perimeter, open concept offices, collaboration and lounge space, pantry, toilet room with a shower, and several conference rooms. Some of the scope included glass conference room with floating ceiling and a reclaimed wood beam built into a bench, high end millwork, all new HVAC system and controls including VRF cassettes, restoration of existing brick and heavy wood timber, contemporary lighting, and new furniture.
