Located along Brookline Ave in The Fenway neighborhood in Boston, this Marshalls store sits within a stretch of hopping retail and restaurants that’s just a stone’s throw from Fenway Park. With the backdrop of the historic Citco Sign the store features various Boston Red Sox themed murals and displays throughout the store.
Scope of work:
The store consists of 2 floors and is over 28,000 square feet with entrances and access from Brookline Ave and Van Ness Street. Some of the renovations include creating new hoist way openings within the concrete structured building for 2 new elevators and escalators, storefront glass with two sets of entries, and prefabricated metal canopies.
