Porcelanosa

Porcelanosa, a global leader in design, manufacturing and distribution of luxury tile, bath and kitchen products opens a high end showroom in the heart of Chestnut Hill located in WS Development’s “The Street” mixed use center.  With over 5200 square feet of exhibition space the showroom includes 38 full lifestyle bathroom displays, 3 full kitchen models, and various displays all featuring Porcelanosa’ s top products.  Within the showroom, designers, contractors, and customers can meet with dedicated design professionals from Porcelanosa to help design and select products.

Commonwealth Building completed the build in conjunction with the Porcelanosa team.  The exterior features curtain wall glass, ACM paneling, and the façade was built with a custom profile solid surface material Kreon.  The interior is very clean and modern, featuring large format Porcelanosa floor tile, high end LED track lighting, custom built displays, and modified HVAC systems.  The lower level includes a frameless glass conference room with full service audio visual technologies.
