Assembly Row is a 45 acre mixed use urban center development along the Mystic River in Somerville, MA, where greater Boston enjoys to shop, eat, dine, work and live. Phases 1 & 2 of the development are complete and phase 3 is well underway. When complete it will comprise of over 5,000,000 square feet of retail, over 350,000 square feet of office space, restaurants, residences, hotel, and entertainment.
Scope of work:
Having been part of all 3 phases of the development we have completed over 30 spaces including retail, restaurant, and fitness sectors. Some of the feature spaces include Nike, Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic, Puma, Outback Steakhouse, FitRow, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Lucky Strike and many more.
