Scope of work:
The new space features an open floor plan with private offices, new kitchen/lounge, conference room, and new toilet rooms. Some of the renovation features include a frameless Dorma glass system for the conference room, coffered plaster ceiling, contemporary lighting, new HVAC system that includes VFR cassettes with BC controller and DDC private controls, and modern furniture.
