Located on Cape Cod in Mashpee MA the unique Homegoods store is designed to fit the esthetics of this summertime destination community.  From the clapboard siding, to the shingled roof, and the window dormers the exterior reflects what is means to design and build on the Cape.

Commonwealth Building partnered with the property owner Black Creek Group to complete this Homegoods store.  The 21,000 square foot ground up project includes complete building demolition, major site improvements including access road with paving stones, all new walkway access along all sides of the building, loading docks, steel structure with a combination of flat and gable roofs, glazing systems with muntins covering 2 building elevations, clapboard siding, extensive trim and finish paneling, window awnings, and the interior fit out of the Homegoods brand prototype.
