Petco – Patriot Place

The national animal supplies retail chain Petco store is located in the open air shopping center owed by The Kraft Group built around Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.  The work was completed under contract direct with The Kraft Group as a turnkey lease delivery for Petco.

Under contract with property owner The Kraft Group, Commonwealth Building was hired to build out the new Petco Space.  Some of the features of the store include a full grooming salon, wellness center, aquatics, and training center.  The exterior renovations include all new storefront glass and entry, new façade with a combination of EIFS and bamboo composite planking, stone veneer, and pre-fabricated metal canopy.  Interiors include polished concrete flooring, open structure ceiling, interior glass systems, murals, millwork and merchandising displays.
