Upland Capital Corporation is a privately held real estate investment and asset management firm.  Holding properties in the office, retail, and hospitality markets in top notch locations throughout New England.

Commonwealth Building was selected to build out the new corporate headquarters on the 6^th floor of Upland Capital’s 109,000 square foot building located at 745 Boylston Street in Boston.  The scope included demolition of multiple spaces, demising for two spaces, and full tenant improvements for a future tenant space and the corporate offices of Upland Capital.  The renovations included high end finishes and millwork, large conference room, modular glass systems throughout, contemporary furniture and lighting, texturing wall coverings, and fineline ceiling system.
