Through in-clinic visits, home-based care, and virtual appointments, Gather Health meets patients wherever they are. Each practice also serves as a true gathering place for the community, offering regularly scheduled events and wellness classes that foster connection and support.
Scope of work:
Commonwealth Building completed a new 5,759 SF facility for Gather Health’s primary care space in Dorchester, MA. The space features nine exam rooms, three offices, and a lab collection room, along with upgraded electrical service, new restrooms, and mechanical equipment. The project required careful coordination with an occupied office tenant below, ensuring construction was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
