Description:

The Block at Woods Hill is a 3,300 SF hybrid concept that blends farm-to-table dining, boutique retail, and intimate event space. As Woods Hill’s fourth restaurant, it expands the brand’s presence in Boston’s Seaport and offers guests a unique waterfront destination. The space features a fully ventless kitchen, a 1,000-bottle wine fridge, a glass-enclosed dry-aging unit, and a custom live-edge chef’s table, along with high-end finishes, integrated lighting, and custom murals by local artists.

Scope of work:

Commonwealth Building completed the full interior buildout of the base building shell into a fully operational restaurant and retail space. Work included installing the ventless kitchen system, fabricating and setting specialty features, coordinating high-end millwork, and finishing outdoor waterfront seating areas. The team managed vendor collaboration, trade coordination, and detailed scheduling to deliver a technically complex project that meets Woods Hill’s high standards for design, functionality, and guest experience.
