Scope of work:
Commonwealth Building was brought in by The Fours to complete exterior and interior renovations including enhancing the Cottage Street Entry with new storefront glass doors and glazing, metal seam roofing, new running trim and moldings, and gooseneck lighting. Other renovations include new vestibule mahogany wood doors with glass, new finishes in the hostess and waiting area, new lighting, and custom millwork.
