Starbucks

The free-standing Starbucks is located at the Loop in Methuen.  The new location provides plenty of parking, a large queue drive-through, and pedestrian friendly access to the space.

Charter Realty & Development engaged Commonwealth Building to build out the new free-standing ground up Starbucks.  The scope included expansive sitework including all new utilities, site demolition, all new asphalt, 18” of structural fill, grease trap, storm drainage, granite curbing, irrigation, and landscaping.  The building scope featured thin brick veneer, canopies with wood soffiting, vertical re-sawn timber siding, EIFS systems, Storefront glass systems and drive through motorized window, and new sidewalks and patio space.
