Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Located on the ground floor in the Partners Healthcare Building at Assembly Row in Somerville
MA. The new location for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse provides casual elegant dining and award winning steaks.

Commonwealth Building was hired as the general contractor by Federal Realty Trust to build out the base building elements, storefront, and exterior finishes.  The frontage of the space covers over 145 lineal feet and features canopy structures with stainless steel tie backs, folding glass wall systems, stone base, aluminum composite profiles, continuous 16’ high storefront glass, and a pair of 6 panel wood entry doors.  Some of the other renovations included new concrete slab, plumbing rough-ins, a new demising wall, heat pumps, and base building life safety systems.
