Totto Ramen

The New York based ramen restaurant opens their second Boston location at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA.  The new location offers chicken and vegetarian ramen, Japanese-style cocktails, and appetizers.

Working for both the landlord and the tenant, Commonwealth Building built out the base building scope as well as the tenant fit-out work  The space features an operable sectional glass door, modern exterior paneling, granite tile base, hanging cloud wood trellis, resin and epoxy flooring, full service kitchen, and Japanese style bar.  Some of the other renovations include a mezzanine structure for office and storage space, art murals, industrial metal grinds, and open structure MEP systems.
