Boston Pain Care is a pain management facility with locations in Waltham, Concord and Natick. With a patient centered approach the highly skilled team of professionals and physicians work together to develop a successful plan that is tailored to each patient to help treat chronic pain.
Scope of work:
The 19,000 square foot facility with over 50 rooms includes exam rooms, operating rooms, sleep center facilities with private restrooms and showers, locker rooms, physician offices, conference rooms, nurse stations, physical therapy space, infusion therapy, and administrative support space. Some of the construction renovations included site and exterior upgrades, new transformer and electrical service, natural gas generator, demolition and asbestos abatement, new entries and punched windows, frameless interior glass systems, custom millwork throughout, running trim, medical gas, 18 packaged roof top units including McQuay clean room unit for the operating rooms, digital direct control energy management system, new fire protection system, and all new electrical and fire alarm systems.
