DeGruyter

DeGruyter is an international first class publishing house specializing in academic literature that has been around for more than 270 years.  Headquartered in Berlin Germany, DeGuyter has offices in 7 countries around the world included an office in Boston MA.

The existing DeGruyter space was completely renovated and expanded, requiring us to complete the project in multiple phases while the tenant occupied the space.  The new space now features 11 private offices, 2 conference rooms, 3 sections of open office space, full kitchen, 2 toilet rooms, and lounge areas.  With exposed heavy wood timber and brick partitions this space provides appealing architectural elements throughout the space.  The project also included all new HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
