Phenix Salon Suites

Phenix Salon Suites is an international franchise boutique salon suite concept.  Located in Beverly Plaza in Beverly MA, the region’s highest earning market, appeals to a broad range of customers. Phenix Salon Suites offers luxury spacious salon suites for independent salon and spa professionals.

The space consist of 25 single and 2 double private multi use suites equipped with their own hair wash station, cabinets, and furniture.  Each suite includes their own HVAC control zone, equipped with 75F smart dampers that allows each salon professional to control temperature via a Bluetooth device.  The common areas corridors and reception have a Mediterranean design feel with various niches carved into the walls and arched door openings.  The space also includes running trim, glass panel doors with sidelites, direct-indirect LED lighting, carpet, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stacked stone veneer water feature at reception, and has a common area lounge and laundry room.
