The Catalyst Café is a European inspired Café located in the tech-savvy section of Kendal Square in Cambridge MA. The fast-casual restaurant is a spin off to Chef William Kovel’s very successful fine dining concept Catalyst Restaurant.
Scope of work:
Commonwealth Building was hired by Alexandria Real Estate to build out the new restaurant in a turnkey delivery. The street level restaurant features glass and glazing flanking both sides of this corner unit and includes polished concrete floors, large ceramic based service counter with a built in induction warming system, large hexagon outlined ceiling light that replicates a molecular symbol for coffee, floating beams and soffits in the dining area.
